We want to give you an update on specific products and services that members have been asking about. Again, our employees will do all they can to assist our members through this issue.

Can I come to the Credit Union Branch to Get Cash?
Yes. You may come to one of our branches. While service is limited while the banking system is down, we have access to direct deposit information, and we will do what we can to help you while the banking system is down.

Automatic Payments and Checks

These items will process once the banking system is up. Recipients of payments will receive them as usual until our system comes back up.

Debit Cards / ATM Withdrawals
You can still use your ACFCU debit card for purchases and ATM withdrawals, but because our system is currently down, there may be some limitations with card transactions. If you have trouble using your card, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

We are working with our banking system provider to get online banking and mobile banking up and running as soon as possible.

We hear you and we will do better. We understand you are frustrated, and we will do a better job communicating to our membership. We sincerely apologize for the frustration, any silence, and disruption to your financial activities you have experienced because of this outage. We will continue to work hard to make better efforts at communication to earn back your trust in our financial institution.
