9/16/26 - Update on System Outage: Our data processor had a hardware failure on 9/15/26 that caused their servers to shut down. This outage is affecting access to account information, including online and mobile banking for our staff as well as our members. Our data processing provider has been working thorugh the night last night and into today to bring in new equipment and have started the restoration process. We do not have a confirmed timeframe for when our data processing system will be back up. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we know that it has been frustrating for our members, especially when you need to access your money. We will share more information with you as it becomes available. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get this issue resolved.
